Ordering Instructions

Enquiries of customers are welcome via e-mail or fax and they are answered within 24 hours. Orders are accepted only in writing, preferable by fax or e-mail.

How to order custom synthesis

Customers need only to inform us about their desired structure(s). After maximum 7 days our offer is sent including fixed prices and delivery times. On customers requests together with the ordered compound a synthesis record including analytical data and reports is delivered.

How to order custom research

The main procedure is similar to that described above. The difference is that a synthesis route is offered to the customer, which will used then for the synthetic pathway. All synthesized and ordered substances are delivered together with appropriate synthesis records.

Terms of Business
Purity

All chemicals are typically 98%+. The purity is determined by NMR spectra (Bruker 400 and 600 MHz) and/or LC-MS spectra (Agilent).

We do not accept return of chemicals where the customer imposes his own quality parameters, unless these have been stipulated on the original order and agreed in writing by Casorganic US Corporation.

Complaints

Non-delivery or unacceptability of goods must be notifed within 21 days of date of invoice, otherwise the invoice will be deemed to be payable in full.

Payment

Payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of our invoice. Any overdue payments will be liable to a surcharge of 20% per month, to accrue on a daily basis.
The placing of a purchase order implies the acceptance of these conditions.
